MASTER Retarder Prover rooms, and soon all other RPRO products, are equipped with full remote control on request.
The ability to act on the Retarder Provers as if one were physically in front of the room gives the operator enormous advantages.
The operator can display on a smartphone, tablet or computer the same user interface as on the touchscreen panel installed in the room.

The user will be able to act on all functions of the room.
Activate, modify or switch off a program whether automatic or manual.
Change operating parameters or simply monitor the running program

These opportunities are of enormous help to the service provider, as it is possible to easily, in just a few moments and without travelling kilometers, give support and presence to the end-user by helping him find the most suitable programs and the best settings to achieve high quality products.
We also think of the technical supervisory service that has to manage several shops.
The possibility of remote control is essential to give assistance to new employees, to intervene if necessary if an alarm e-mail is received.


By filling in the remote assistance page, the controller will send an alert e-mail to each of the addresses present.
The alarms and warnings that the MASTER controller detects are as follows.

- The peace of mind of receiving a warning if some event has disrupted the normal course of a programme is priceless.
- The possibility of being able to intervene promptly before the inconvenience turns into serious economic damage is of enormous value.
